KOyote Kyle Steel Ready to Scrap at Fury FC 105

HOUSTON – Houston’s KOyote Kyle Steel steps into Fury FC 105 this Sunday, June 22, bringing a 2-1 record and a #33 pound-for-pound ranking. She faces undefeated Rosalani Ikei (4-0) from Scottsdale, Arizona, in a strawweight bout.

Training out of Next Level Training Center and Species Gym, Steel says she’s more prepared than ever. “I trust my coaches, my teammates—we’ve put in the work.”

Known for her striking but calling herself a “freestyle” fighter, she expects a fast-paced, back-and-forth fight. “I’m well-rounded. I’m not flashy, but I’m sharp.”

Steel says MMA saved her during a tough time. “It started for my mental health, then it became a passion. Now it’s my lifestyle.”

She balances being a mom and fighter with a strict routine and help from her nutritionist, Gabriel Macario. “I just tell him, ‘Say what to eat, and I’ll do it.’ I’m locked in.”

Driving over an hour for top-tier training, she says it’s worth it. “Species and Next Level have real coaching, smart training, and great recovery options.”

The only woman training at Species, Steel uses that pressure as fuel. “It keeps me sharp—I’ve got to keep up.”

Expect fireworks Sunday. “I want people to stop and say, ‘Who is that?’ I’m here to scrap—and I’m gonna show it.”
